Welcome to the Coshocton City Treasurer’s page.

The City Treasurer’s office functions under the direction of the City Treasurer, Denell R. Skelton, CPA.  Denell was appointed City Treasurer in January 2013 and elected to the four-year term beginning January 2014.

The Coshocton City Treasurer is the custodian of all city funds.  The Treasurer is responsible for:

1. The receipt of all the city funds:
2. The disbursement of city funds upon warrant of the City Auditor;
3. The investment of all excess funds not needed for daily operations to earn income for the city and its citizens.

Denell has over 20 years of public accounting experience and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2003.  Denell is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting.
