The City of Coshocton invites qualified consultants to submit Qualifications/Proposal Statements
to provide a range of services related to the implementation of the City of Coshocton’s American
Forests Catalyst Fund Program including but not limited to overseeing necessary planning and
outreach activities, administration and implementation services, financial disbursements,
progress reporting, and closeout requirements over a four year period, Interested firms should
